Robert Gray, B.A., M.B.A., President 
With almost 30 years of consumer research consulting experience as a foundation, Robert ensures that all Insightlink studies incorporate his extensive survey design and analysis capability. Since 1982, Robert has conducted an extremely wide range of studies, with particular expertise in overall market assessment, strategic brand positioning, communications tracking as well as both new product development and forecasting. His consulting work has focused on such Fortune 500 companies as Ford, Chrysler, Unilever, Masterfoods USA (formerly Uncle Ben's and Kal Kan) and Diageo (makers of Smirnoff and Baileys). In all projects, Robert is committed to the values of integrity, accuracy and actionable results.
Robert's primary goal for Insightlink is to find the right balance between meeting an employer's need for information with a sensitivity and understanding of the questions and concerns of employees.
George Gillies, Director, Information Technology 
George's unique combination of 25 years of programming and design expertise are key to the efficiency and effectiveness of all Insightlink data collection and reporting. His commitment to quality and usability is evident throughout all Insightlink projects and he works closely with all clients to ensure that the survey process runs smoothly and seamlessly.
His experience comes from working for such organizations as IBM, Kodak and Grey Worldwide Advertising where he was involved in the start-up and growth of Grey Interactive, one of North America's first interactive agencies.
Patricia Baker, B.B.A. - International Business, Director of Project Management 
Patricia is a valuable member of the Insightlink team. Being highly organized and detail oriented, with a track record of continuously identifying, developing and implementing improvements to maximize productivity, efficiency and accuracy have been an asset to the company during her tenure. Throughout her career, she has been a dynamic, versatile manager with demonstrated success across multiple fast-paced, rapidly changing industries. Her excellent liaison skills (in both English and Spanish) are coupled with demonstrated strengths in managing relationships and strategic partnerships across cultural and language boundaries.To this end, Patricia's main emphasis for Insightlink is to utilize her superb ability to balance numerous competing priorities to achieve accurate project completion on time and within budget.
