| Get started by creating an account. There's no charge to start. You can log in and create your survey in just a few minutes, then when you are ready to launch it, you'll pay by credit card.
When you submit the form, we'll send you an email with an account activation code. You'll need this code before you can log in, so please make sure you use a valid email account.
Privacy Statement
Insightlink Communications values highly our relationships with our customers and their survey participants. We take great care in protecting the privacy and security of company data, e-mail addresses, and reports. Your personal information will not be sold, leased, or exchanged with anyone.
Clients: When you create an account, we collect and store only the information that you provide on a separate database server. We do set a "Cookie" on your computer that contains only a unique client number we assign to you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer that we can access when you return to our site.
Respondents: When you respond to a survey that we host, that information is stored on our separate database server. No personal information is stored. When you select a PIN code to respond to a survey, we will set a 30-day cookie on your computer that holds information about the survey you have responded to. This is only used to help prevent multiple responses from the same person.
