- What is InsightPULSE?
InsightPulse is a web-based system which allows anyone with browser access to deploy off-the-shelf pre-defined online surveys to their employees with mininal cost and effort.
- Do all my employees need browser access?
Since InsightPULSE is an online system, surveys can only be answered via the Web. If you need to incorporate paper surveys, please contact us. If only a small percentage of your staff have no Web access, we recommend setting up a workstation where they can take the survey by appointment.
- Can I add my own questions?
The InsightPULSE surveys are validated, "off-the-shelf" questionnaires, so no addition/deletion of questions is possible. Some customization of key questions can be done, but the philosophy of InsightPULSE is to make the service low-cost, easy and effective.
- What is the value of a standardized survey?
The surveys have been designed by Insightlink Communications to address the most important issues facing employers and employees in a standard, highly benchmarkable manner. Each survey collects and reports on data consistent with Insightlink's "4Cs" methodology -- Communications, Culture, Commitment and Compensation.
- What if I need more customization?

- What kind of reporting do I get?
Completed surveys provide immediate access to real-time reporting of results. This includes a summary of all responses in graphical format with average scores, and depending on the survey purchased, a Loyalty Matrix report, an Importance VS. Performance report on each of the 4Cs and a Motivational Index report.

- Can I get crosstabs?
Crosstabs of your results are available upon request for an additional charge. Crosstabs are provided as high quality PDF reports with tabs run according to your specifications. You may also download your data in CSV format for import into your own program if you wish.
- Can I put my results into Powerpoint for presentation?
Yes, you may create Powerpoint files from the Web-based reports. We can also do this for you if you prefer.
- How much does it cost?
